CULTURAL AFFAIRS

Our organization has developed the only Cultural Affairs office in Washington County working to promote racial, gender and religious tolerance; offering diversity training; we have Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native American cultural affairs officers and representatives that deal with health, education, jobs, housing, home ownership and business ownership as well as racial disparities and social justice issues.

Our Community Outreach Team has increased the opportunities of other organizations working to promote diversity and reduce racial disparities. Our Cultural Affairs Team lead panel discussions at community forums that increase public awareness, participation in diversity education and cultural competency.
